About Dr. Randall Sagisi
Dr. Randall Sagisi grew up in Hawaii on the island of Maui, where he developed a strong sense of community and a desire to help others. Before becoming a dentist, he worked as a dental hygienist in Honolulu, HI, gaining valuable experience in preventive care and patient comfort.
He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York — one of the nation’s most respected programs for clinical excellence and comprehensive training.
During his residency, Dr. Sagisi gained advanced experience in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, implantology, and complex case management — skills that continue to define his patient-first philosophy today. Dr. Sagisi believes dentistry should be comfortable, educational, and empowering. Every patient receives the same level of respect, attention, and personalized care he would give his own family. His approach is guided by three core principles: comfort, precision, and prevention. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Sagisi enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters, exploring Southern California, and traveling back to Hawaii to visit family. His love of the outdoors and community reflects in the warm, genuine relationships he builds with every patient who walks through the doors of Prestige Dental Care.
