“A million dollar smile!! ??
The office staff from the time you walk in has been nothing polite and professional. By the next visit the staff knew my name and was able to greet me. I have a ton of dental work needing to be done on what seems to be every tooth . They created a dental plan that worked with my budget and insurance. No extractions just aggressive treatment plan and we are almost done. ???????The doctor and her assistant have extremely patient, they make sure you aren’t in any pain during the treatment. Humor: They continuously wipe my mouth and clean my face. Too cute, I get out my previous dentist chair with white lips, and water down my shirt he’s such a man . They are really too kind. I am so glad that I found them We care 4u. They truly do!!”

I made an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient. There was some confusion and I had to remind the hygienist what I was actually there for. Overall, everyone in the office seemed to be very nice but the next day I got a call asking me to return because they forgot to take measurements.
These oversights make me question if this is the right place for me but I want to give them another chance.
I didn’t get to interact with the doctor much but she was also very friendly.

I have a LOT of dental issues. Dr. Pagan and the office staff made me feel comfortable. They didn't make me feel bad about myself, like some other dental offices I've visited. I feel confident that my issues will be taken care of expertly and with care. I love going in for my visits, even though I know I'll have to endure some pain. They make me as comfortable as possible, make sure I'm okay, and explain everything. I would highly recommend Dr. Pagan and her staff to anyone, even if you think your problems are beyond help. They are wonderful!

Dr. Pagan and her staff were friendly and kind. I had not been to the dentist for more than a year and found out that I need more than a standard cleaning. They explained to me what other procedures needed to be done and walked me through the process. Definitely recommend Dr. Pagan and her team!

Dr. Pagan was very friendly and professional, and was open to answer any questions I had. This was my first dentist visit in 5 years so it was predictably on the extreme side, but she was understanding and passed no judgement. During the appointment she was very efficient with her time without being in a rush, and I felt very comfortable. Her assistant is also very friendly and great at her job.

Excellent customer service! I always feel comfortable during my visits. Dr. Pagan’s hands are so light! Barely felt any discomfort during fillings.
