I was able to get everything done in one visit. I have seen over 3 doctors and only Doctor Jones was able to provide me so much information, which gave me confidence, that I was in good hands.
My extractions didn't hurt at ALL!!! I didn't experience any pain during the procedure. I didn't need to take any medicine because there was no pain.

I went in for a fill in (my second time here), was taken back in a decent amount of time. As the procedure began I was numbed so I wouldn't feel any pain then Dr.Jones starting drilling the first tooth that needed the fill in replaced then he said "I got a little piece of your lip, I knicked your lip". At the time I was numb so I actually didn't feel anything but I did taste blood. After the procedure was complete I asked the dental assistant who remained after the Dr. left "what happened"? She said "his hand slipped". I got up from the chair and happened to catch a glimpse of the work station where I noticed the guaze that was placed in my mouth to control the bleeding was completely saturated with blood. I then walked to check out and decided that I should probably take a look at my lip in a mirror. When I lifted my top lip to examine the wound I was in shock. There was was was a missing piece of my lip and in addition to that a hole that was about a half and inch deep. The Drs son also a doctor there noticed that I was concerned and told me it would heel because the mouth is the fasting heeling part of the body...To make matters worse when I went to the office today to pick up my records (which I was told would be ready for pickup) the first thing I did was show the receptionist the picture of my lip from the day before. Instead of being apologetic and showing empathy she said "maybe you moved, its not that bad". Excuse me? How dare her accuse me of moving and she wasn't even in the room. I again told her that I did not move that the dental assistant said his hand slipped. I had been going to an amazing dentist for 10 plus years and never experienced this lack of professionalism and training. Nor was I ever injured during dental treatment in the past, I've had braces done root canals the whole 9. But an injury like this just getting fillings done is ludicrous. What if this happened to a child? Had it not been for the unsympathetic older front desk associate this experience would not have been shared but why not save others some pain and suffering. Visit at your own risk.

The Dental Physicians are very good. When it comes to disclosure of billing and scheduling the practice is so-so. I've had bills that ended up being 3x the original estimate I was given based on what insurance I had and they didn't meet me half way eventhough I asked when the.

Dr Riccardo Jones is very honest and straight to the point. There is no sugar coding or anything when he telling you information. He makes sure he is showing you pictures, videos, and explaining step by step what is going on through the appointment. I appreciate the time he took out to explain everything I was not aware of. Great doctor!

I had an awesome experience at Dr. Jones office. I was well aware of how bad my teeth were becoming and having a total fear of the dentist (seen a dumb movie as a kid...smh). Guess you could say an anxiety more so than fear. But, Dr. Jones made me feel so comfortable while he told me what I need to do to have healthier teeth. I was completely at ease. He told me I needed to have the tooth that brought me to his office removed plus my wisdom teeth and I agreed. I have to say this was a big step for me because I am a complete coward when it comes to dental anything. But, I completely agreed and scheduled my appointment. I would recommend anyone to this practice. I was seen right away and I mean right away. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. I will continue to see Dr. Jones for all my dental needs moving forward.

Dr. Jones was excellence from the moment he walked into the room. He introduced himself with a joke; he asked several questions regarding my dental history because I was a new patient before he started my exam. He was quick and also thorough within 5 mins he discovered my issue and started to educate me about treatment and the importance of addressing this issue. I will be returning to Dr. Jones.

I rarely have said that I enjoyed my trip to the dentist, but that was the case with my first appointment at Dr. Jones' Office. He and his staff were VERY professional! His examination was very thorough and he brought to light issues that were never mentioned by my previous dentist. Very happy to have him as my new dentist!

It was an eye opener but that wasn't his fault it was mine; but he imparted a lot more information than any dentist I had ever had before. That could be simply because I've matured more but I'd wager that it is really because he explained what is going on with my teeth. He brought out pictures to explain things to me as well as showed a video. I wish I would've had him 6 or 7 years ago so that I might've taken more steps to address problems with my teeth.

I left this appointment confused and dissatisfied. The doc initially came across as very distant, he failed to introduce himself, communicated indirectly with me & lacked bedside manners. Although, I communicated the reason for my appointment to both the dentist & DA services were not rendered during my appointment.

Everything about this experience was pleasant. There was a mix-up about my appointment, but he agreed to see me anyway. The hygienist was incredibly friendly and professional, the doctor was the same. They did an excellent job caring for my teeth. The waiting room was nice. I was very pleased!
