About Dr. Roy Wortham
Dr. Roy Wortham completed his undergraduate education at The University of Wyoming in 1984. He went on to complete dental school at Creighton University School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1989.
Dr. Wortham is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Larimer County Dental Society. With over 24 years of experience practicing general dentistry, he has developed extensive expertise in diagnosing and providing personalized care. Dr. Wortham believes dentistry is the perfect fit for him. “I am a perfectionist by nature. Dentistry begins with the heart, and if your heart is right, you will do good dentistry.” He is passionate about his work because it allows him to meet new people and offer his patients a unique, invaluable, one-on-one experience.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Wortham enjoys spending time with his family. He likes games of all kinds, reading, biking, and recently kayaking. He also enjoys working on projects around the house and in the yard.

They cancelled my appointment and didn’t even bother telling me. My appointment was supposed to be a Monday morning. I responded to the confirmation text the Thursday before. I got a reminder email from them about the appointment the morning of it. I showed up and she said I didn’t have an appointment and that they cancelled me because I confirmed too late. I was given no deadline that I had to confirm by, and they did not even call me to say they cancelled it. When I asked why I got a reminder email that morning then, she said it was because they move the appointment somewhere else on the schedule for billing purposes to note the no-show, which does not make sense or explain the email. She had no answer for the fact that nobody called to tell me they cancelled my appointment. They sent me away and would not let me be seen. It’s really unfortunate because Dr. Wortham is the best dentist I’ve seen in years, but there’s no way I’ll be back.
