“Th office is nice as well as the staff and of course the doctor. What was not so appealing is when I went to the office and they didn't see my schedule that I booked at Zocdoc! they saidbthey di not have ties with you and I said so why they are still at Zocdoc website?! according to the front desk, they are trying to, I guess cancel?! Anyhow, we got an appointment but 2 hours more than our original. We should have done something instead of waiting.”

About Dr. Ryan Trulby
Dr. Trulby completed his dental and orthodontics training at Columbia University just across the river, where he was chief resident and received awards for graduating at the top of his class.
Ryan continues to be involved at Columbia as an associate orthodontics faculty and secretary of the Columbia Orthodontics Alumni Society.
He’s completed several advanced training courses in Invisalign and a variety of additional topics, always aiming to learn something new every day.
Dr. Trulby has a lovely partner, Gabriella; is a devoted dog parent to his boxer, Niko.
When he’s not transforming smiles, he spends his downtime running the occasional marathon or reading a new book.
He also is (almost) fluent in Spanish and is a die-hard FC Barcelona fan—Visca Barça!

Wouldn’t recommend this doctor nor office. Booked a dental appointment for my younger brother three weeks ahead. Just to find out on the day of the appointment that they do not accept his insurance. Which makes 0 sense because I cleared his insurance through them when booking the appointment. Will not be coming here again, waste of time. The front desk assistant picked up my call and said information that made no sense at all and didn’t give an explanation that was clear enough to understand why they wouldn’t accept the insurance. Now I have to book somewhere else and wait another two to three weeks.
