Recommended to Samir Ayoub, DDS by my mother many years ago when we lived in SF, and after several years of going to the Marin County Dental Clinic, which I've found quite adequate, found that the trip into SF is well worth seeing this Dentist who is at the top of his profession, with a great staff and convenient location!

Dr. Ayoub is a native San Franciscan. He attended Sacred Heart High School, graduated from University of California, Berkeley (Phi Beta Kappa), and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCSF School of Dentistry (with honors) in 1975 (Oral Medicine Award to the top graduate).
He has been practicing dentistry in beautiful downtown San Francisco since 1976. Dr. Ayoub has been designing smiles with porcelain veneers, bonding and whitening since 1983.
Lifelong pursuit of excellence. Since graduating from dental school, his interest, enthusiasm, and passion in his chosen profession have involved him in numerous post-graduate educational courses and programs, traveling throughout the U.S. to learn from the masters all aspects of dentistry. For the past 20 years, he has pursued the best of dentistry by improving and perfecting his skills in the area of advanced cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Ayoub emphasizes results. He has performed thousands of veneers. His artistic skills, technical knowledge, vision and passion, combined with in-depth experience, have enabled him to achieve fantastic results for his patients.
A true artist is measured by the quality of his work. Dr. Ayoub believes that improving his patients' smiles, through conservative, modern dental techniques and using the latest advanced materials, has a positive impact on their overall appearance and self-confidence.

Dr Ayoub has been my dentist for over 25 years and for many reasons. He and his staff are caring and professional. His goal of maintaining the integrity of your teeth means procedures when you truly need the work not just because you could replace a filling etc. the dentist I saw before joining Dr Ayoub's practice suggested replacing six of my fillings "as soon as possible". Dr Ayoub was a second opinion and we decided to watch them all. Many are fine to this day. When I did need extensive work on a tooth, he was skilled and very patient making sure I was comfortable during the procedure. He takes his time and gets to know his patients.
