About Dr. Sandi Silva
Dr. Sandi Silva is a native of Southern California. She grew up in Westminster and attended the University of Southern California, where she earned her undergraduate degree in biological sciences. She later returned to USC to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
As an undergraduate student, Dr. Silva was offered a job in a dental office that led to a dental assisting position—an experience that ultimately changed her career path. At the time, dentistry was not part of her plans, but after working closely with the dentist, she discovered a passion for helping patients with their smiles and dental health.
One of the things Dr. Silva enjoys most about her work is getting to know new people and learning about their lives. She also loves working with her hands, a skill she credits to childhood days spent tinkering in the garage with her father. Dentistry allows her to combine manual skills with creative problem-solving to achieve the best outcomes. As she puts it, “Dentistry allows me to do everything I enjoy!”
Dr. Silva’s primary goal is to help her patients maintain their teeth for life. She believes oral health is essential to overall health and quality of life, including the ability to enjoy favorite foods every day.
In her free time, Dr. Silva enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband, Charlie, is also a dentist with a practice in the city of Orange. They have two teenage children, two German Shepherds adopted from a local rescue, and one cat. Her other interests include travel, reading, poker, and USC football (Fight On!).

DO NOT GO HERE! The dentist and dental assistants are very nice, but their administration and business practices are misleading at best. When I booked my appointment and came in, they assured me that they accepted Cigna dental. However, 2 months after a standard preventive care visit, I received a bill for services that are covered 100% by my dental plan. After multiple conversations with the office and Cigna, it turned out that they are not in-network. In the end, they did write off the bill, but if you're looking for covered preventive care, go somewhere else, or you might be stuck with a large bill.

Amazing experience and super friendly staff. Dr. Silva listened and was extremely knowledgeable. I felt she actually was proactive in preventative treatment vs automatically recommending corrective treatment. Our family will most definitely be back to continue our dental care!
