Dr. Mittal is a 1990 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She has dedicated her career to providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. the doc insisted on putting a needle in my mouth even though I clearly said no 5 times and she went onwards without any shame , highly unprofessional and they lie about accepting your insurance , u go for a free checkup and they mark it something else and charge .

they are not truthful about accepting your insurance don't fell for it . It's better you call your provider and question them on every change . you go there for a free clean and come back paying a lot more then your yearly on insurance checkup. The doctor is extremely rude to a point that I wanted to complain about her to th3 board but my significant other just wanted to leave and never see them again .

She did a great job on the dental debridement procedure. I just felt my appointment was rushed (since it was the end of the day) and the doc could have spent more time answering my questions during the consultation.

Dr. Mittal has always be accomodative with me & my family. The Doctor & staff are always nice & they don't pressure me into any additional (non-essential) dental work. Loved my experiences with Invisalign. Highly recommend Dr. Mittal.

It was my first visit to a dentist a year ago where I was suffering with the pain in my gums. I had an x-ray taken and doctors had suggested me pretty good on the issue and addressed all my questions patiently. I have been consistently visiting her thereafter and would definitely to others. The appointment scheduling, wait time and other things are hassle-free and definitely been a smooth-sail. Thanks a lot :)

Dr. Santosh Mittal and her staff were wonderful. They were welcoming, took theire time to explain things before and after the procedure. They even gave you a close estimate to what was out of pocket. The office is clean, bright and easy to get it. I would definately recommend her services.

After horrendous childhood experiences, I did not visit the dentist for over 25 years. Dr Mittel was initially my childrensdentist. She was very kind supportive and patient to work with my fear. Now several years my smile has never been better! I 100% recommend her!

I had headache and discomfort while chewing for more than a month and went to various doctors including my PCP. He said I had temporal arthritis and need to get biopsy. I spoke to Dr Mittal after a reference from a friend about my headaches and she asked if I had any discomfort in my mouth when I told her about head ache while chewing she asked me to go see a dentist. It turned out one of my teeth had issue and dentist recommended extraction. I again spoke to Dr Mittal and she recommended to go see a dental surgeon and see if they can do root canal and save the teeth instead of extraction. With her knowledge, experience and resolve to not lose a teeth until it is not salvageable saved me thousands of dollars and pain which I would have endured due to unnecessary medical procedures. Now she is my go to person for dental advice and I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

I saw Dr Mittal in an emergency while my visit to West Chester PA on a business trip. During the trip my teeth started to hurt so needed to show to a dentist. My colleague recommended Dr Mittal. Once I arrived to practice I was greeted with friendly staff and Dr Mittal with a smile even though I was last patient of the day. I was right away provided service. She is knowledgeable and without X-ray diagnosed that my teeth was split in half and needed an implant then confirmed with X-ray. She was very thorough and gentle through out the procedure. Explained treatment plan in details. She explained my cost and cost insurance would cover. I was very afraid and nervous as I was out of town and not at my usual dentist. Dr Mittal made me comfortable and was friendly. If I lived in the area I would have become her regular patient.

This was my first appointment at this office. The whole experience was very rushed. It was unsettling. I scheduled an appointment online for 6 PM. I expected to have my annual check up and consultation for potential fillings at a future date. I was called and asked if I’d come in an hour earlier. After I was in the chair, I was informed that I had 4 cavities and all would be filled at once on the spot. I was told this would happen in under an hour. I barely had time to react. I felt like the doctor was definitely in a rush to leave. The experience was physically painful and emotionally jarring. I’m also concerned about the accuracy of the billing statement we received.

Comfort Dental has a friendly and skilled staff. When I walk in they make me feel like I am their only patient and a VIP. Scheduling at whatever time is convenient for me is never a problem.
Dr. Mittal has treated me for everything from routine cleaning, whitening, veneers, crowns and implants. Her office does everything.
She is an artist with a gentle touch.

I was searching for a new dentist after several years of not going to one. I came across Dr. Mittal on Zocdoc and decided to give her a try based on the reviews. I'm glad I did! I've had 3 appointments with her and her staff and have felt more at ease each time. They're very kind and are happy to answer all your questions. I was very nervous about getting fillings, but they talked me through the process and listened to my concerns. I'm very pleased with the results and look forward to my next cleaning.

Although I dislike the drilling and discomfort that going to the dentist can bring, I know when the work is all done, I'll be pleased with the results!
My only criticism is she must understand everyone is not able to have certain procedures performed in a timely manner due to their financial situation. Debt is debt and placing a procedure on a credit card just accommodates more debt, so that isn't the answer or solution.
Other than that, this practice is the best I've ever attended :)!

Everyone from the receptionist, dental hygienist, to Dr. Mittal gave me prompt expert service- they were attentive to me and treated me with kindness, they discuss all service and work with the patient to plan the treatment.
