About Dr. Sara (Shivani) Pareek
Welcome ZocDoc patients. We offer same-day emergency care, but please let us know if you have any insurance questions. Dr. Sara Pareek is the founder and principal of North End Dental Associates. She is a graduate of Boston University, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, and Ohu University in Japan. With 20 years of experience in various facets of dentistry, her current interests include Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, and Laser (no-needle) Dentistry.
We also have periodontics, endodontics, and implant specialists on site who perform advanced dental procedures.

Would never go back here due to the long wait time, patient experience, cleanliness, and unpleasant staff. Waited for 1.5 hours - was even told over the phone to come half an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment. When I arrived, they said it’d be a 10-15 minute wait. After waiting 1.5 hours, I told them I would have appreciated a heads up on the wait (as I could have returned home and come back) but there was no apology, just a question on where I lived. When my teeth were being cleaned, the water pressure was very high and my entire face/shirt was dripping in water. They said they couldn’t do anything to control this. Plus, I didn’t see the actually dentist I requested. Never going back here.

I went in for a cracked tooth, waited an hour and change after my scheduled appointment time. Doctor made a recommendation for further care and without giving me much time for decision making or reviewing costs, tried to set me up for expensive care in the moment and tie me to a large commitment that as a younger person had had no experience making those types of decisions. I felt uncomfortable with how rushed the doctor made me feel in making a big decision around my health without giving me more information about time frame, and cost and recovery.

Honestly, I don’t know who this doctor is. I did not see her for my appointment. I’m waiting over an hour for my appointment, and that’s only because they were running late. My original appointment was at 12, they told me to come in at 12:30, it is now 1:45 and I have not been seen yet. This is my second time here in a week because I need a filling. I came here because it’s close to my apartment and they take my insurance. The receptionist told me that I had to pay $200 out of pocket because they said my insurance doesn’t cover fillings- which isn’t true. The wait time is insane, the front desk doesn’t know what to do- I will NOT be coming again.

I would absolutely go back. This was an emergency appointment, for a dental bridge that popped off late at night. She saw me at 9am and fixed it right up. Everybody in the office was so kind and understanding. They turned a lousy situation into a pretty positive one. If I lived in Boston, she’d be my permanent dentist, hands down.
