About Dr. Scott Malik
Dr. Scott Malik received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Loyola University Chicago in Maywood, Illinois, in 1989. Since then, he has been practicing in Glenview, providing and continually enhancing the compassionate and professional care this office has been known for since 1959. In 2010, Dr. Malik was named a Top Doctor in Glenview, recognizing his talent and many years of outstanding dental care. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Chicago Dental Society (CDS).
Outside the office, Dr. Malik can often be found at hockey rinks around the North Shore. A skilled defenseman, he and his team have won six of the past eight National Pond Hockey Championships (40+ Tier 1).
Dr. Malik has a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Patients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment may be subject to a missed appointment fee. Please fill out a new patient form prior to your appointment.
