Dr. Dubin received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he was a member of the Psi Omega Dental Fraternity. Following the completion of his education, Dr. Dubin entered a residency program at the Veterans Hospital of Hudson Valley Healthcare in New York where he perfected his skills caring for the aged and infirmed. Dr. Dubin then entered private practice in New York before relocating to the Washington, DC area.
Dr. Dubin is certified as a dementia practitioner by the International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. He has also completed a comprehensive post doctoral residency program through the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine that certifies him as a Disabilities Dentistry Clinician Expert. Most recently Dr. Dubin has completed certification in Advanced Dental Implant Placement through Hiossen.
Born and raised in a suburb of Montgomery County, Dr. Dubin first became interested in dentistry working in his fathers practice. Married and raising two rambunctious boys, Dr. Dubin is thrilled to be back home treating the DMV. In his free time Dr. Dubin enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, skiing, and taking in some Baseball.
