About Dr. Shahrokh (Shawn) Ganjian
Dr. Shawn Ganjian attended Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1988. He is an expert in implant, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry and believes only in long-term solutions for any dental treatment. His ultimate mission is to deliver the highest quality standards of restorative and implant care, with a pledge to excellence in every aspect of his practice. Dr. Ganjian has been providing total implant solutions in his practice for over two decades. He offers dental services ranging from routine restorative fillings, inlays and onlays, porcelain veneers (laminates), root canal treatment, and oral surgery to full mouth rehabilitation and implants.

Phenomenal DDS.... Dr.Ganjjan is the best dentist. I am a new patient that has gone through so many dentist to no avail but this Doctor’s work is truly remarkable! I did a cleaning, bonding of a chipped tooth and bleaching and the results were extremely satisfying and worth the search. Highly recommend to all family, friends and coworkers. He is fast, honest, realistic and charasmatic that makes your dental visit not only comfortable but rewarding. He extremely great and cannot say enough on how extremely satisfied i was with his work on my teeth.

I have been going to Dr. Ganjian for many years. I am very pleased with his work. He is my family's dentist, my wife and children all go to him and are also very pleased with him. I didn't take good enough care of my teeth as a child, so I have a few caps. The caps dr. Ganjian did have lasted, and the oldest one has lasted over 25 years, and is not giving me any problems. He is an excellent dentist.

Everytime I go to Dr. Ganjian, I am impressed with how skillful a dentist he is, as well as how nice he is to his patients and staff. The work he's done for me - a crown last year, and an implant this year - has been of excellent quality and pain-free.
I've never waited more than 10 minutes, and that was only once. Typically, I am seen within minutes of my appointed time.

Very pleasant visit. Office is clean, spacious and the overall environment was a relaxing one (considering I'm a nervous wreck when its that time of year to see the dentist). The secretary was very personable, and knowledgeable. Just a sweetheart. She knew i was nervous and juggled her tasks all while keeping conversation with me it kept my mind off of my nerves. I didn't wait long at all. Dr. Ganjian was also just so personable! I highly recommend this dentist.

I spent in the office for my annual checkup almost an hour - 45 mins waiting and 5 mins getting x-ray and cleaning done. The doctor didn't really seem to care about my teeth at all because after completing the cleaning he just walked out of the room, no questions asked. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, she didn't have time to be nice with a slice of pizza in one hand and her cell phone in the other. Very frustrating experience.

Okay ....i havent seen a dentist in 3 years....i was in and out of this guys office ina like half an hour...10 of it spent waiting. He did a filling and a teeth clean and xray in the other few minutes...then..referred me to a specialist to have my tooth pulled..he never even examined the thing...i sed i was i pain he ignored this..he told me nothing about my teeth at all...i.felt.as if he got me in there souly to colect the money from my insurance. I immediatly went to another dentist for second opinion....andd learned my tooth could actually be saved! It did t need to.be pulled....i just need a root canal...also learned he did a horrable job with the "base cleaning" and my feeling feels way funny...never will i go to him again..ever. He was nice though

Excellent! I found Dr. Ganjian via an internet search and finally selected him after reading the many favorable reviews/comments. Scheduling was easy and prompt. Although I was apprehensive about the visit, by the time I was settled in the chair, Dr Ganjian's bedside manner and interaction made me feel completely at ease. I have no reservation in recommending Dr Ganjian to anyone who is seeking a professional, knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate dentist. (I have already recommended him to my mother).

This is the 2nd time I went to see the his doctor. Every time he can't help me. I tell him I have pain/ sensitive tooth he send me to a specialist.
I went back for cleaning which was 5min. I didn't have a cleaning in 2 years. He took 5min. Didn't clean the plaque off in the back of teeth or between teeth. And I told him that a cavitie fell off. He said there was nothing there. I m not sure, if this dentist wants to do work. I m in pain and he doesn't want to do anything about it. Very disappointed. I won't go back.

Dr. Ganjian was well-mannered but his use of the dental tools were awful. Stuff was spraying all over my face and the tool for x-ray and cleaning hurt! I've had x-ray & cleaning plenty of times before but this was the worst experience.

hands down, this might be nicest dentist in all of New York.
I was running late and he stayed in the office to wait for me. He explained what was going on in my mouth to ensure that I understood. Its nice going in and not having unnecessary procedures pushed on you! I'm definitely going to make him my primary dentist.
