“My appointment was made with Dr. Yazdani but when I arrived I was instead seen by Dr. Mortazie. This was my first time with the practice so I was fine with the change. Dr. Mortazie was amazing. I am anxious at the dentist and Dr. Mortazie was very understanding of that. He explained every step in the process, was non-judgmental about my failure to have proper dental care in the past, and he made a plan of action that took my anxiety into account. I came away feeling confident that I can follow through on the plan he made. I so appreciate his excellent care and would recommend him to anyone, especially those who are anxious about going to the dentist.
The office staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful and the office itself is comfortable and clean. Overall I had a great experience with Dr. Mortazie and Revive. ”

She was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Delta Premedical Honor Society. Dr. Yazdani attended Howard University, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. This was followed by post-doctoral training in implantology and TMJ disorder treatment. She also received post-doctoral instruction at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Training, which provides advanced, comprehensive cosmetic dentistry education that most dental schools lack. Dr. Yazdani is one of only 3,000 dentists worldwide to have completed post-doctoral training at the Las Vegas Institute. She regularly attends continuing education courses, including those at the Las Vegas Institute, to remain at the top of her field.

It was a very good experience. The doctor accommodated me and my needs. When I told her I’m so sensitive to pain , she put a numbing gel on my gums before she started to clean them so I don’t feel pain when she cleans them. It worked! I didn’t have pain when the dentist cleaned them. That was the first time this had append. Before I used to jump out of my seat when they cleaned my teeth. Not this time no

I scheduled an appointment with the office a day before on this app. Prior to scheduling the appointment I made sure it was in network and when I filled out the pre-visit application I provided my insurance cards online. The appointment was confirmed so I went to the office the next day. When I came in, everything seemed okay. I waited a bit and was called into the back by the hygienist who was very nice. She did a good job cleaning and was a great sales women trying to provide me with dental care items that were costly but I happily declined. After the appointment the financial manager pulled me in to tell me that I wasn’t coved by my insurance which was a shock because the app said differently. they were pressuring me to pay a bill when they gave me the impression online and in person that my insurance was covered. The lady was very rude and didn’t want to take any blame. Please if you decide to come here, make sure they verify you are in network in person before getting a service.

Nice place but very pushy on selling extra appointments (two part cleaning? I insisted it took place in one appointment as normal, I don't have any major issues) and other services (whitening). With all this selling they lost my confidence that I wont get mislead to unnecessary treatment in the future

Dr. Yazdani and her staff took excellent care of me and fixed up my teeth better than any dentist I’ve ever been to. She did a great job managing my discomfort with a deep cleaning and it made my teeth and gums feel so much better!

I’ve had a rough history with dentists, to say the least. With that being said, Dr. Yazdani was amazing. She calmed me down from panicking during my appointment and explained in detail everything she was doing as she did it to make sure I stayed calm.. She was knowledgeable and kind, and even pointed out issues that will come up in the future so that I’m not surprised when they come up. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist in YEARS.

Excellent experience. Front desk staff is friendly and professional, office is well-decorated and doesnt feel like you're going to the dentist, which is great since I'm slightly scared of drills etc. Dr. Yazdani took a detailed history, was very non-judgmental. I highly recommend this practice and wish I'd discovered it sooner.

I was very pleased and satisfied. I felt comfortable asking questions and was treated very well. I could sense that my needs were a priority and satisfying my concerns important. Very skilled dentist, gentle, painless, expert knowledge of so many areas, helpful and concerned but not pushy or preachy. This was my first visit but I have found a new one stop shop for all my needs.
