The office was a bit run down and the receptionist was really unfriendly IMO. I also felt a general air of rushedness from everyone - I probably saw the actual dentist for a total of 5 minutes when she looked at the x-ray, no real interaction. I think I'll try somewhere else!

Dr. Mkrtchyan and her staff are some of the warmest people I've ever encountered at a doctors office. They are so pleasant and friendly. I am also made to feel comfortable and given the information I need. They are also very efficient and exact in their procedures. I'd recommend anyone who has any discomfort or nerves about going to the dentist to see Dr.Mkrtchyan, she is a real human and very warm!

Dr. Silva and the staff are professional. Dr. Silva was very patient in explaining me what works are necessary and why my teeth need it. I was expecting the filling is required, but Dr. Silva showed me how filling is not good and crown is required for my specific case. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving me the financial advice. I did a tooth cleaning there, and will come back for the crown when my finance is ready.

I've been to see Dr.Mkrtchyan a few times now and am so glad I found her! She is incredibly warm and has a fun sense of humor. I am a very nervous dental patient and her demeanor helped me relax. She is quick and efficient as well, as is her staff. I would highly recommend this office!

They were friendly, but the wait time was long. When I left I didn't know I had toothpaste all over my face until I got to my car. The cleaning was kind of painful. Wouldn't recommend.

Dr. Mkrtchyan is so knowledgeable about her line of work and you can easily see this in the way she explains procedures. My visit was nothing but pleasent, quick, and efficient. Very friendly and proficient staff. Dr is fantastic!
