Dr. Sina Edalat graduated from the University of Southern California in 2015 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry.
For Dr. Sina, dentistry is more than a profession-it is a lifestyle. He recalls a shared fascination with art and science that inspired him and his siblings to pursue dental education. Now, not only do they share a career in compassionate care for others, but they also share the Trojan spirit as graduates of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry.

Unfortunately the provider like many others these days, tried to overcharge based on the fixed schedule of the insurance copay fees. When this was pointed out their agent became combative and came up with bizarre explanations for the mistakes. Hard to have trust when we start with dishonesty. There were also deliberate attempts to isolate the patient under the guise of HIPAA when clearly spouses and partners can be involved in the conversation when explicitly authorized by the patient. Their agent assigned to create the bill/collect payment was really aggressive and was quick to become defensive or outright hostile when asked clarifying questions. The procedures recommended were also excessive and the top based on actual needs, creating doubt that the doctor was acting in the patients best interest rather than increasing the net billed to insurance. Overall really negative experience how they handled everything. I would never recommend them to anyone.

This was a great experience for me. I have had a few root canals before but this was my first here. It was legitimately painless, the doctor was great. They made a health plan with me to get my dental health on track and I appreciated their insight. The whole team was kind and extremely thorough.

The office was clean and the staff was welcoming. The dentist seemed knowledgeable and skilled in his work. He provided me with thorough information and allowed me to make the decision on which procedure to undergo based on my level of comfort. Prices are much more reasonable than another dentist that I had previously visited.

I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS. Last time I was, I was drilled on without novicane and needed to be sedated. So I came in VERY anxious. I was good while they took rads, explained all my oral issues, and insurance coverage. Then came the novicane and I started to panic a little. Half my tongue was numb, they leaned me back in the chair, and started drilling. Looking up at the ceiling brought all the old memories back. In other words panic attack. The doctor immediately stopped drilling and asked if I was alright? Was I in any pain? I blubbered incoherently and he asked if I was okay to continue. I said I was and he did, but from then on he kept reminding me to breathe, which helped. His assistant though, was the best. She kept me updated, handed me tissues, helped me out of the chair and to the bathroom where I could wash up, bc panic attacks are messy. Once I regained my calm she got me some water and helped me floss.

I got a small cavity filled at the dentist office. While getting the procedure done I felt pain on my lip. It felt as if the drill was pressing against my skin. I exclaimed as much as I could with my mouth full of dental tools. But still, after that, I still felt the drill pressing against my lip. When I got into my car, I immediately saw a lesion on my lip. Over the course of the next week it grew into a large scab on my lip. I was ashamed to go out with this on my face. When I returned to the dentist and complained about this issue, he told me it was my fault and I must have bitten my own lip. This simply isn't true and I don't see how I could have bitten my lip so badly and created such a big lesion unless I had shark teeth. The dentist wouldn't even claim responsibility or apologize after I paid them a lot of money for dental care. I will never return here.

As a person who is terrified of going to the dentist, this is hands down the BEST experience I’ve had on any dentist visit.
The doctor and staff are great people who make sure you’re comfortable. 0 pain was felt.
