Dr. Le helped me on a several year long journey to restore my teeth. He saved three of my teeth by performing a root canal on them. I had chipped and traumatized them when I fell.
In addition to being a trustworthy dentist, Dr. Le tells hilarious stories during the appointment. I always leave his office with a smile on my face, a lot of toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste, and mouthwash. I am happy to say that I have had a great experience going to Dr Le's office.

My wife recently came from Vietnam and I wanted to find a Vietnamese speaking dentist to make her more comfortable. Of course I figured there was work to be done as dentistry in Vietnam is not to the same standards as the US. Dr Le thoroughly explained all the procedures and steps needed and we now know what to expect and associated costs. He's also a very happy, energetic and reassuring person on top of it all. And the receptionist is great as well! We've found our dentist!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. I have had the absolute worst, most nightmare experience. Have wasted so many hours going back and forth with my insurance and this office just trying to get a simple cleaning scheduled.
I scheduled a regular cleaning. Dr. Le took the X-rays and did an exam, and told me I would need to come back another day because I needed insurance approval for a “deep cleaning”.
Anyway, I submit the paperwork and the insurance refuses to cover it because “the X-rays weren’t clear enough”.
I can’t afford the deep cleaning out of pocket and our insurance won’t cover a new set of X rays. I go back to Dr. Le and ask to just schedule a regular cleaning, because something is better than nothing right?
Dr. Le refuses to do the regular cleaning and insists we will have to just pay out of pocket for the deep cleaning. So now I am totally screwed. I can’t go to a new dentist since the insurance won’t cover a new set of X-rays and exams, and Dr. Le refuses to give me treatment

Just gave me an Invisalign referral instead of actually doing anything for the appointment when the site says they specialize in Invisalign... what a scam. Gave me x rays, no cleaning and sent me to another doctor when the appointment request was clear about my ask. X rays are something insurance will always pay for, so not surprising those were done.

I came for a cleaning a few days ago and immediately Dr. Le's staff started taking X-rays as usual. I don't think it's necessary every six months but it's what they claim as their standard practice. Anyway, the X-rays didn't show any cavities but Dr. Le claimed I had a "very small" cavity developing and that I should come back in two days for a filling. He was super pushy but I figured I may as well get it over with. I came back for the filling two days later and Dr. Le put the topical numbing gel on my gums, but he put WAY too much. I told him there's a lot of gel dripping onto my tongue and he said I should swallow it. I told him I didn't want to do that because, well, it's an anesthetic! To make a point, Dr. Le took a swab of the gel and swallowed it himself in front of me... I thought this was weird and getting ridiculous, so against my will, I swallowed the gel. Within seconds, my throat became completely numb and I felt as though it was closing. I panicked because I couldn't breathe right, and I was also congested in my nose so I truly felt as though I was suffocating. I never want to relive such an experience, it was truly traumatizing.

Wow.
I needed a dentist stat. I booked my appointment 5 hours before it happened. ON A WEEKEND. Three hours after the appointment, I walked away with x-rays, clean teeth, a grinding guard, and some minor surgery.
He was incredibly accommodating. He wanted to do everything he could to make sure I got everything I was looking for TODAY. He didn’t try to spread everything out. He got me taken care of.
He was incredibly efficient. He bounced back and forth between patients quickly, but in a friendly way. I didn’t feel like I was needlessly waiting. The only time I waited for something to happen was the 10 minutes for My mouth to go numb.
Also, he fought the Khmer Rouge. Read the letter on his wall.

All the positive reviews I've read about this dentistry online are the truth. I got the consultation, x-rays, and cleaning. Also, they did moldings and prepared the night guard for me within one day. The staff is super professional; they care about your time and your experience in the clinic. They tell you about all the expenses up front. Don't worry about getting to the doctor other than Dr. Son Le: all his staff is very knowledgeable and careful.

Im so happy I found Dr. Le, my last dentist was a nightmare, I'd have to wait for such a long time and they were really rough, and I had to go in twice to fix their mistakes!
Dr. Le's office is efficient and fast, and they do a really good job I only have to go in once! Bedside manner is great, they are gentle, and they get the job done. Im so happy he's my dentist!

Dr. Le is amazing and his entire team. The staff are very friendly and accommodating when it comes to setting up appointment. When it comes to your treatment, Dr. Le's goal is to make it as comfortable and painless as possible. He certainly knows what he's doing and takes pride in what he does. Dr. Le will also provide you his best recommendations. I highly recommend him! This is the only dental office I will ever go.

I would never recommend this dentist to any one.
I scheduled an one hour appointment for a teeth cleaning. However, he and his staff spent the first 50 minutes doing an extensive X-ray of my teeth (which I did not consent for, and apparently was not covered by my insurance). Because he took so long for the x-ray, he wouldn't give me a teeth cleaning, claiming 10 min is not enough, and asked me to come back another day. It's so difficult to take time off from work, that I was just appalled by his level of service.
Would never recommend this dentist to anyone.

Went in for a cleaning, he gave me a mouth full of anesthetic without warning and the injections hurt so much, it made me cry. I could still feel the pain when he scraped my teeth even though I couldn’t feel any of my face from my eyes down. He then tried to push me to do a few different procedures even though I know I don’t need or want them. I did not feel comfortable with this dentist and I was in pain the entirety of the 3 hours he took. I absolutely do not recommend this dentist. UPDATE: it’s the next day and my mouth is still in extreme pain from the cleaning he did.

He is simply the best. I had a bad cavity and wanted to get it resolved asap. He squeezed me in on the same day even though it's a 5 hour job.
He also explained all the processes and steps sharply clear.
As I checked out, he gave me a bunch of the little Listerine bottles because I told him I travel on business trips a lot. Very thoughtful of him :)

Dr Son Le had great bedside manner, he was very professional, but also extremely kind. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to explain what's going on, as well as how to make sure you're taking the best care of your teeth.
The office staff there is equally helpful-- they let me know what my insurance offers, so I was able to not spend more than needed.
