“They were very friendly. No fancy office and just a few staff members but almost no wait, insurance accepted and dentist was aware of my concerns that brought me to see him and very accommodating. I’m an apprehensive patient and he took the time to reassure me I was in good hands and I really appreciate it.”

Great , quick and thorough !
They were great. I needed to come in for dental pain and they were able to get me in same day, and treated me very well. The staff and dentist were also very friendly.

I’ve never been more scared and uncomfortable in a doctors office. The atmosphere is very uninviting and unsettling I only saw the actual doctor for 30 seconds (not exaggerating it was actually under a min) the receptionist and the nurse kept talking in dark rooms (I was the only one in there) and he kept pressuring me to give him money even tho I wanted to reschedule because the procedure cost more then I had. He even told me to get a credit card or borrow from friends and family so I can give him money today. Overall terrible experience I’ve cancelled my other appointment I set before getting here and I will NEVER be returning. Looks like they wanted to harvest my organs or something very creepy I was highly uncomfortable

After I stated I was having tooth pain and knew where the pain was happening, the receptionist was blown away I didn’t want my whole mouth looked at. I simply came in because I knew I needed attention to the one side. After that, the vibe got weird. Dental Assistant did not say one word the whole time and she even looked like confused as to what to do. Dentist literally wanted to extract the tooth so, I went for it since I was in that much pain. He gave me 3-4 shots and then immediately tried extracting. I still felt the pain, as the numbness didn’t set in yet and it made my body shake. Dentist asked me if I wanted to wait, yet I know for a fact you should wait at least a few minutes for the numbness to set in before you just start yanking a tooth out. Overall the experience was odd and felt like they just wanted to get the job done fast and not effectively. It’s Day 4 now and I’m still in a lot of pain, when in the past, I was good usually after 24-48 hours after extraction.

Very pleasant experience. The entire staff was very patient and kind. Dentist also saw my son and it was the best experience my son has had with a dentist. He elaborated everything he was doing, step by step to my 11 year old. We all left happy and looking forward to our next appointment.
