“First off, the staff was lovely! Saturdays this office has a different entrance and despite my best effort of “following my dot” on Google Maps, for the life of me I couldn’t find it. I called and the staff walked me through where I was until I found the correct door (it was entirely user error on my part). When I arrived, the only negative I noticed was their lobby is small. I was seen right away, so I only noticed when leaving bc there was a family waiting on their son and that’s when I noticed it was a bit tight; definitely wouldn’t discourage me from coming back though! Dr. K was awesome and talked me through every step of the procedure (I had a filling fall out bc there was decay underneath). I’m usually nervous in the hands of a stranger but he made sure I felt at ease and talked me through everything that was going on while he removed the decay and fitted me for a crown. He joked that “no one likes dentists” but I think I’m a convert! 10/10, highly recommend.”

Dr. Kauftheil is a gentle, caring dentist who uses only the most advanced materials and procedures. He practices comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on getting to know each patient. In addition to his technical proficiency, Dr. Kauftheil is a careful listener and will explain beforehand what treatment is best for your individual needs.
Dr. Kauftheil received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York, Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 2000. He completed his residency in Prosthodontics at the University of California, Los Angeles. He has since taken many continuing education courses, including those in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign?, and smile makeovers.
He is a member of the American Dental Association and the American College of Prosthodontics.

Experience was horrible - the dentist's office is cramped and dirty, his office staff is unprofessional, and some of the dental equipment was defective (I had to hold the x-ray machine in place since it wouldn't stay still). Ended up walking out of my appointment after being left waiting for over 15 minutes

More than pleasant. Even though some of the staff are new, I received some courtesy as my first visit. Oscar was the first one I encountered and was sensitive to my emergency. Not to mention of course, Dr. Kauftheil who explained the whole science, ehend my situation with ease. I didn't feel pressured. Wonderful chairside manners. Ms. Gilliana Ms. Juley amazing and sensitive alongwith technician who took photos and prepared the setting Thank Thank you

What an absolutely incredible experience! I didn’t know this level of attentiveness and care was even possible, but it really is. My concerns not only felt heard but were compassionately inquired to, which is something that I’ve never witnessed in nearly 2 decades of major dental work. After years of anxiety, I can say with full confidence that I’m looking forward to my next appointments!

This is by far the best dental visit I have ever experienced in my life. All staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional. The office is clean and at a location convenient to me. I was actually seen ahead of my scheduled time since I came in early.
I'd actually say that if I could rate any higher, I would because they really exceeded my expectations. I actually look forward to returning to see them when I am up for my next visit.

It turned out better than I expected, Dr Kauftheil is an specialist in the issues related to my dental problems and our conversation about the solutions to them left me very confident on his capacity to adress them.

I had a great experience right from my 1st visit. The office manager treated me as if she knew me for year from the moment I enter the door, I felt like at home. The doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained to me my issues and all possible ways to fix it. All times I've been, they always run on time. Highly recommend them.
