I read all the reviews before going so I even had the bad reviews in mind, but I have no idea what they were talking about. The place was fine, no bad smell whatsoever. We had someone named Emily who was so sweet and I loved how patient and cheerful she was with my mother in law. Shes old and has a gag reflex when it comes to the dentist, and Emily was super understanding about it and made the experience even more better by making my mother in law stop gagging completely. The dentist we saw was also awesome. So glad i had to change my dentist and found these girl. I had a great experience.

I got there about 20 min after my scheduled appointment because I mixed up the address with another doctor's office. They still saw me and quickly got my appointment going. They were very friendly and professional!

Excellent service. Quality of treatment was outstanding. First time i've ever had a dentist take time to review in clear understandble language. The hygienist was impressive too and i walked out with the best cleaning ever ! They practice orthodontics too. I have already made an appointment for my daughters braces. Highly recommend this office for all the dental needs.

Went in for a cleaning and consultation about a few potential dental issues. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Hygienist was extremely friendly. Dr. Halthore was also friendly, professional, and sharp. She advised me to get a second opinion on some x-rays, and the staff had emailed the images to me by the time I got home. All in all, a pretty painless trip to the dentist -- which is nothing to sneeze at!

I went there for consultation on a previous root canal and I was constantly pushed for a cleaning but my issue was the sensitivity caused by brushing. I would never go back there... the office smelled funky and the dentist seemed like she couldn't be bothered and very rude.

Pungent cat urine odor permeated. Dark, poorly ventilated, rundown, and unclean appearance. The people were very nice, but this is not a professional environment you feel comfortable getting your teeth cleaned. Do not recommend and will not return.

Dr. Halthore was very nice, professional and helpful. I didn't like that I made my appointment for 11:30 AM and was not sat until 12:05 PM which made me late for a meeting at work. I also suggest no EDM music to be played - going to the dentist can be stressful enough and having relaxing, calm music helps :)

I really, really dislike going to the dentist; it is an irrational fear that's hard to overcome. I felt much less nervous today because everyone at Grove Street Dental made me feel really comfortable. They were very friendly and professional, not to mention they did a good job with my cleaning.

While I did not get to meet Dr. Halthore (she is only in a few days per week) I was seen by another capable Dr. I was pleased with the communication for the change and overall communication was good. Satisfied with service. The ambience and perceived cleanliness is very low though.
