About Dr. Theodore Aaronson
Theodore Aaronson, DDS, has been a cosmetic and general dentist in New York City for more than 45 years and currently sees patients at Dr. Aaronson & Associates in Midtown East, Manhattan. In that time, he’s had the great pleasure of working alongside many talented individuals and helping many wonderful patients.
Dr. Aaronson was born in Brooklyn and raised in West Hempstead on Long Island. He attended Penn State University before graduating from New York University College of Dentistry in 1970. Following his studies, Dr. Aaronson served in the United States Army Dental Corps for two years as a dentist with the rank of captain. He opened his private practice in 1974 and has been in the same location for more than 45 years.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Aaronson has grown into a well-respected expert in the field of cosmetic and general dentistry. He’s appeared as a guest on Fox News Channel’s Weekend Healthwatch, Good Morning New York, Good Day New York, Midday Live, and the New Jersey News Channel. He has also been interviewed for articles appearing in New York Magazine, Woman’s Day, Black Elegance, and Bridal Guide Magazine.
Dr. Aaronson is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has also been honored in the Guide to America’s Top Dentists as well as America’s Cosmetic Doctors and Dentists.

I recently visited Dr. Aaronson's dental practice, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Dr. Aaronson is an incredibly caring and patient dentist who took the time to listen to me and addressed my concerns. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment and explained each step of the procedure in detail.

Highly recommend!! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become a advocate. Dr, Aaronson and Angi were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interestin mind.

Dr. Aaronson is patient, kind, and really had my best interest in mind. I was really nervous at my first appointment, but Dr. Aaronson explained everything and addressed all my concerns. I would recommend him to any friends or family.
