Dr. Pham then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Cambridge Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Pham obtained her bachelor’s degree in general biology and her minor in visual arts at La Jolla at the University of San Diego, California. Accuracy of treatment or diagnosis:
Treatment received very good.
Pricing specifics:
I have a dental discount insurance, and the insurance covered a big part of the cost.
I did have a great experience in Dr. Pham 's office, Dr. Pham and all her staff there were so nice and so patient even though I have plenty of questions to ask.
The only thing is I still feel a little painful after the anesthesia during the treatment (fillings). I may be need a bigger doze of the lidocaine.
So I will absolutely recommend "Progressive Dental art" to my friends.

Dr. Pham and her staff were wonderful. I was so afraid of the dentist for so many years and this office is the first that took my fears seriously and made me feel 100% comfortable. I have found a dentist for life (never thought that would make me so happy)! From Lisa at the front desk to my hygienist who comforted me throughout my cleaning (when it was obvious I was an emotional train wreck)...I am so grateful that my friend recommended Dr. Pham to me!! Thank you!

Monay (sp?) was very helpful in helping me figure out my insurance claims and paperwork. My only suggestion is to let patients know approximately how long their appointment would be. This would help patients figure out how much to pay for street parking since the office is located downtown.
I was diggin' the music choice.
The assistant seemed to be new..Made me feel a bit uneasy when she didn't input the correct information on the computer the first time around -- I don't think any patient would want to have wrong information in their files. Her nervousness made me feel nervous, but I think it's because she's new? Aside from that, the assistant did a good job and was helpful informing me of how to maintain my teeth.
Dr. Pham was welcoming and her knowledge & confidence made me feel comfortable.
