“Best dental practice ever, hands down. The experience felt premium: a modern and pristine office, warm and welcoming front desk staff, no wait to be seen, a "comfort menu" (Pellegrino, noise-canceling headphones, soft blanket, coffee / tea bar, free wifi, Netflix), the latest innovations in dental technology, the *best* massage chair for use between exams, and even a personalized intake questionnaire for a more tailored treatment and communication approach. Most importantly, every member of the SmileStyle Dental Studio team went above and beyond in every way. Both my Dental Hygienist, Jarrol, and Dr. Ortega made every effort to make sure I felt comfortable and took a genuine interest in myself, both as a person and a patient, and had great senses of humor. They were empathetic and transparent, offering clear explanations and happily fielding my (many) questions about exam results and treatment plans...and even caught issues that my previous dentist missed! *Highly* recommend!!!”

They made sure the environment felt light with staff joking with each other and making patients laugh to decrease anxiety. There is excellent communication since they took the time to explain all parts of the treatment and procedures. The space is also very nice. I highly recommend this place for anything dental. ”

Everything was great. The doctor and dental hygienist were very clear with what they were doing and asking me if I had questions during the exam. The entire team was friendly and the office is clean, cozy and inviting.

First visit, positive experience from beginning to end. Attentive, professional, warm staff. The office is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the amenities are a nice touch. Dr. Ortega is personable and transparent. Treatment recommendations were explained in way that made me feel more of an active participant in my care. Dental hygienist -Mel? was gentle, communicative, and attuned.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to with how great and easygoing my experience here was. I was nervous at first, but from the moment I walked in, the front desk and the entire staff were welcoming, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. Not only was Dr. Ortega very knowledgeable in his practice, but he was so funny which helped ease my nerves! If you're looking for a dentist, this is your guy to go to! :)
