He graduated from SUNY Stony Brook Dental School in 1998 with a degree in dentistry and completed his residency program at New York University (NYU) the following year.
In 2020, Dr. Mozner was the Main Clinical Supervising Faculty member at NYU dental school, where he taught dental students hands-on endodontics, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry. He honed his skills as a cosmetic dentist in Manhattan for five years.
Dr. Mozner has both New York and Florida licenses. In 2021 he worked at a private practice in Florida, with a heavy emphasis on dentures, retained implants, and cosmetics like Emax and porcelain veneers. His former practice was based in the Rego Park neighborhood of Queens, New York.
He practices high-tech dentistry and dental medicine with a genuine concern and compassion for his patients. He develops strong relationships by listening to his patient's needs and answering their questions.

Doctor Mozner and his team are the best! I came in for a routine checkup and could have not been more satisfied. The new high-end equipment that they provide during the visit and the tools to make sure you understand the treatments that are needed are beyond amazing. The office is super clean and all the equipment is brand new! The doctor makes sure he takes his time explaining each procedure and answering any questions. The front staff made sure that my insurance was covered and explained any services that needed copays. I am very satisfied with my dental visit and coming back for sure!

The visit was quick and professional. I had a composite bonding done and the doctor did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Dr. Mozner to anyone that is looking for great and precise dental work.

I got my Invisalign and whitening done with Dr. Mozner. He did a fantastic job and explained everything thoroughly and every step of the way was gentle and patient. The staff is super nice and welcoming, and the office itself is very new, clean, and very spacious. If you're looking for a dentist this is the place for you . would recommend to anyone .

Dr. Tim is the only Dentist I trust! The office is clean, staff is friendly, and he takes his time to provide excellent service. He has very good bed side manner. The office is also very accommodating.
