Dr. Tova Abdyan graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine where she received her D.D.S.-Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Dr. Abdyan completed her general practice residency at Northwell Health-Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Her final year of residency was distinguished by being appointed chief resident. She trained alongside prominent specialists in the field and is proficient in all phases of dentistry including implant and cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment and extractions. Her years in private practice have enhanced her wide range of dental skills. Most importantly, Dr. Abdyan listens to her patients and develops a treatment plan with them or their guardians for their comfort. She believes that every patient is unique and deserves individualized care, especially if they have special needs. Dr. Abdyan is talented in dentistry and is eager to translate her confidence to her patients and create a confident smile. She has a gentle touch and some of her patients even say their dental visit has provided them with a chance to rest and relax. She was raised in Great Neck where she attended Great Neck North High School. Years later she married her husband, and her family resides in Great Neck with their children.
