About Dr. Tyler Smith
Dr. Tyler Smith graduated with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Afterwards, he completed a rigorous comprehensive General Practice Residency at Hennepin County Medical Center, a state of the art, level-1 trauma center and teaching hospital. There he gained additional expertise in oral surgery, dental and facial trauma, implant dentistry, root canals, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics and cosmetics.
Dr. Smith is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Education Association. He is a certified Invisalign provider. He has also completed continuing education courses in facial aesthetics, advanced endodontic techniques (root canals), and dental implant therapy. In addition to Dr. Smith’s time serving his patients on the Upper East Side, he is also faculty at a hospital based dental program for geriatric patients and medically complicated individuals.
Dr. Smith is committed to providing the latest, safest and longest-lasting dental care available. He is a believer in providing minimally invasive and preventative treatment. He actively listens to his patients needs and oral health goals and works to provide care which is unique to each individual’s needs and desires.
