“An excellent experience and I learned something new...
I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was able to be taken care of. My BCBS Medical insurance seemed to have a small disconnect and I paid out of pocket. However, it was all clarified, the front desk assistant was very helpful giving me information and helped me understand how the BCBS Medical insurance process works from a Dental Office perspective.
The place was very clean and the staff members I interacted with listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. For me, the tie-breaker during open season last year came down to choosing a Medical insurance that covered also covered dental preventive care.
A different dentist took care of me at this location. The experience was still amazing and I am very happy with the dental procedures performed. I would definitely recommend this location to others. Transparency was on point. I will return here for preventive care and cleanings. It was great.”

Gave me next-day appointment to help with dental emergency. Their office was friendly and bumping 1970s soul music. The office accepted my insurance like they said they would. Dr Klappas was very gentle and mindful of the wounds from my accident. The changes were very reasonable; they're my new dental providers!

I have attended this office for over 5 years. I had two children and for 1 year each I was unable to get any x-rays and work done, so for each child the dentist found a reason to avoid doing a filling and instead add a crown. I had an appointment for a filling, and he said the tooth will crack and said I would need a crown instead. He recently expanded his office and hires a million people, so he uses his patients to pay for his needs. He knew that a crown would make him more money. Now, I have to get the crown redone by a different dentist since he refused to adjust it.

As someone who hates the dentist, I could not have had a better experience. My hygienist, Christine, was so good. I sometimes get panic attacks, and the dentist can be a trigger. She listened to me and was receptive to any way she could help. She made the cleaning as painless as possible and I didn’t get anxious at all! Both she and Dr Hakopian listens to my concerns and clearly explained the issues I was having. We set up an appointment to address the cavity that was causing the pain. The people at the front desk could not have been nicer. Overall I’m very happy with my choice in Levy Dental Arts
