Dr. Victoria Tobar is a Bay Area native. She was raised in Daly City and attended local public schools.
Dr. Tobar then attained her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, in Boston Massachusetts. She then continued her dental education by completing a one year General Practice Residency at the San Francisco Veterans Hospital at Fort Miley. Dr Tobar enjoys attending a variety of continuing education courses that allow her to provide you with the most advanced and comprehensive approach to your dental needs. She is committed to providing all of her patients with the highest quality of dental care with a gentle and caring touch. She has structured her practice so that she can effectively educate her patients on the prevention of oral disease by spending the necessary time with each patient.

Amazing service. Even during Covid-19 time the service and the feeling that you were treated as human was amazing. The office is spot clean and everything is getting disinfected between patients. They provide you with a mouth wash (water with hydrogen peroxide) before starting any treatment to make sure your mouth is clean. During service they are behind face masks and plastic face shields, so no worries for any virus transmission. During any work in your mouth that creates particles there is an additional particle suction device plus to the usual saliva suction tubing. Although such times we are focusing on Covid-19 related safety, I should note that all the instruments came out of autoclaved bags.

I changed dentist twice in the last few years because I didn’t really like them. My wife went to Dr. Tobar first and as soon she left she told me “you’re going to love her”, and I did!
The appointment was exactly on time. All the staff was friendly and they were taking good covid precautions. Dr. Tobar performed my cleaning herself and we talked about my overall dental health. She was always very professional and never pushy about adding any more procedures.
My precious dentist looked at my mouth for less than a second and whipped up a representative for a mouthguard company. I don’t know if I needed them or not, but even if I did that was an immediate red flag. Totally different experience here, first time I leave a dentist office happy.

Victoria is very knowledgeable about her craft and our mouths. There’s an area in mouth I had issues with for 15 years I would always ask the dentist what is this??? they could never answer my question so I gave up asking. Then my first visit with Victoria told me what I had without me asking. The assistant is not bad either, super sweet lady.
I also had some cleanings, fillings and cavities done for what it’s she does good work. The place is always clean.

This was an overdue cleaning appointment. First time with Victoria and I can't be happier. I didn't take care of my teeth health for a while and it was noticeable, but doctor was really understanding. She explained everything carefully, without judgement - I've sadly experienced this before with previous doctors - and gave me lot of advice on how to prevent further damage. Cleaning was gentle but effective.
Assistant and receptionist were also exceptional. And the clinic was extremely clean. The measures due to COVID-19 were strict and the whole session felt very safe.
Definitely staying with Dr. Victoria and her team for all my Dental needs from now on.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Tobar’s since I was young, I think elementary school age. I’m now 20 and don’t want to see anyone else! She’s always super friendly, along with all of the office staff! It’s a beautiful office that is welcoming and comfortable. I hate going to the dentist, but Dr.Tobar makes it as easy as it can be.

I had a lovely experience with Dr. Tobar. Everyone was really kind, helpful and patient with me. I had a really positive experience. I hadn't seen a dentist in many, many years and I feel lucky my sister referred me. I experienced very careful and transparent care.
