As caring, skilled professionals trained at New York University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and further residency experience at the Veterans Affairs Hospital, we are dedicated to simplifying what is often a very complicated and confusing area of health care. We want all our patients to be informed and knowledgeable about their dental health care, from treatment plans and services to insurance coverage.

I have no idea who the person is who saw me. I booked an appointment with a Female Dentist and whoever, I saw today is not the person I saw in the picture on Zoc Doc when I made the appt online. He (the Dentist) I actually saw today, sounded like a used car salesman and talked to me like I was a 3 year old child during my teeth cleaning. The receptionist kept interrupting him while he was cleaning my teeth with drivel about patients that needed something from him, appts, etc. Like apparently she was not capable of manning the desk until my teeth cleaning was done. I am actually a little furious that who ever I booked an online appt with was not in-fact the Dentist I saw today. No one at the front desk when I came in today informed me that I would be seeing a completely different Dentist. Also, today's Dentist pawned me off to another Dentist for the other teeth work I need to have done. However, I will be finding another Desist since this place seems to be very unprofessional.

I would maybe have given this five stars if I was seen by Dr Wenli Loo, but it was jarring to me that Dr Kim showed up instead. Dr Kim and her assistant were very nice, but it's still a negative to not get the doctor I did my research on beforehand (Dr Wenli Loo is much more experienced than Dr Kim). The front office is organized and responsive.

I've been going to Dr. Loo for years and she's consistent each time. She's friendly, personable and does a good job with my cleanings and checkups. A great office with a gorgeous view. I’m a very anxious patient and the office itself felt so safe and relaxing! It was nothing like the super white, metallic, and off putting offices I’ve been to in the past. Both the doctor and the hygienist were very kind and accommodating. I felt safe the whole time. I was the only patient in the office as well which was an added level of comfort for sure! I already scheduled a follow up appointment and will be returning to Dr. Loo’s office in the future

I absolutely love seeing Dr. Loo for all of my dental needs! She is experienced, thorough, and so sweet! She always listens to my concerns and makes sure to address all of them throughout the appointment. Dr. Loo and her staff are very professional and good at what they do --from the beginning of the appointment to the very end, I feel very well taken care of and even receive advice on how to continue taking care of my teeth at home. Definitely coming back for all my dental care!

The office is open concept with no privacy measures offered the patients (there had been music playing when I arrived but it had shut off during my appointment), and another patient’s X-rays were on the computer screen of my exam room (angled for patient visibility) when my treatment started. I don’t think Dr. Loo reviewed the forms I filled out before the appt. Dr. Loo was kind and informed, but I would not come to this office again.
