As the youngest of six children raised by a single father, Dr. Vinnie was the first in his family to graduate from high school. From an early age, he understood the importance of compassion and the value of exceptional clinical care through his role as the primary caregiver for his sister, who had quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Demonstrating dedication to excellence from a young age, he worked hard to earn the title of top caddie at Lakewood Country Club for seven consecutive years. These experiences—all before starting college—motivated Dr. Vinnie to pursue a profession where he could enhance the lives of others while providing security and stability for his family. A pivotal moment came during a mission trip to the Dominican Republic, where he realized the profound impact a smile can have on one’s life. This inspired him to attend the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, equipping him with the skills to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

My scheduled appointment was for December 30, ensuring I would be able to use my insurance benefits before year-end. I booked two weeks in advance, via ZocDoc, confirmed the appointment via ZocDoc and completed all the required forms. Upon arrival I was told that "we have no record of your appointment and our system doesn't integrate with ZocDoc". Seriously unbelievable. I was then told "we'll see what we can do and call you back". No phone call ever came. Wildly inefficient and incredibly frustrating. I lost access to my year-end benefits due to what can only be described as incompetence. I will not be returning. Upgrade your systems, follow through on your promises and own your mistakes. The complete lack of accountability is baffling.
