Dr. Faulkner saw me on New Years Eve. My appointment was made at the last moment. From the moment I entered the office, saw the doctor and was treated I was meant to feel at ease. His staff is top notch, caring and professional. An environment starting with Dr. Faulkner and filtering throughout his office. I would and will be returning to his practice.

Amazing staff! Dr is top notch no games straight to the point. Also big feelar of needles wanted the gas for it but they helped me through my numbing injections without using gas. Nurses are awesome and I'm very pleased with my care there!!!

Just had the best appointment with Dr Faulkner and his staff. It had been 2 years, due to moving, and then traveling out of state during family member cancer battle. I'd been told at my last Dentist in Orange Park, FL, after Smile Direct left gaps between my back teeth in order to close a gap in the front, that I needed an Ortho to install Braces. Omg. Dr Faulkner just did 3 buildups in <30min to close those "food traps" along with deep scale. They saved me a fortune, as well as great deal more unnecessary pain. Now my husband is scheduled for his checkup. PtL!

Any visit to a dental office, for the first time, can be a bit of an anxiety prone experience and this was my first visit to Smiles By Faulkner.
From meeting the receptionist , who answered all of my questions to Gina, the Dental Nurse, who prepped me for and took my X-rays to the consultation with Dr. Faulkner that followed was a pleasant,
no anxiety professional experience.
Dr. Faulkner read my X-rays, addressed my concerns and discussed the findings in detail, which ultimately gave me a lot of confidence that I had made the correct decision to seek out a new dentist. Gina also help me, by getting my dental records sent from my previous dentist to Dr. Faulkner’s office.
I’m now on track to for my next visit with regular visits to follow for routine cleanings.
Thank you Dr. Faulkner and your team. I am looking forward to a long dental relationship with Smiles By Faulkner.
