Dr. Meng and her staff are wonderful! We have been her patients for more than seven years now. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Meng will help you with anything you need to know about how to take care of your teeth. My whole family can’t wait to go to the dentist because of Dr. Meng and her awesome staff. The office is new and clean.

I have being taking my 4 kids there since the oldest was like 3 years old. They are so nice and sometimes you can book appointments for the same day or the next. I would recommend them. Good experience everytime

This dentist says they don’t use zocdoc. My appointment was viewed by them but never confirmed. I called twice to confirm and they never picked up or returned my calls. They called me the day of my appointment to ask if I was coming in even though the appointment wasn’t confirmed. Very unprofessional of them to not pick up the phone or return calls. Will never try and book an appointment here again as there are many other dentists available.

The dentist is not someone I would ever rely on regarding my dental care because she simply doesn’t have the beside manner that you would expect. She wasn’t willing to elaborate on a clinical term that I was clueless about and acted like she was forced to be there the entire time that I had to interact with her. I have never had that experience in another practice and I’m just glad that I didn’t have my kids experience this.

The dentist is gentle and very informative however, her staff rarely greets you. Even a simple “hello” or “welcome” is appropriate. This is the second time one of her staff walked pass me, in the waiting area, and never even acknowledged my presence.The front desk was empty both occasions so we just sat and waited to be acknowledged.
