I wouldn’t go back nor would I recommend anyone to go there. The doctor I scheduled an appointment was not the doctor that saw me. The doctor was not patient and rushed through my consultation as if he didn’t want to be there. After I explained to him that after all there recommendations they failed to address the reason why I came into the office, he go an attitude as if it was my fault. I literally got out the chair and left. I hope know one else has to experience their level of on professionalism.

If you are looking for a dental office, this is the one! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Now for my hygienist. She is absolutely the best. I had a deep cleaning done while in the office. She did an excellent job; I had little to no discomfort after the cleaning. Excellent work!

Great place, fantastic folks - from the front desk through to the dental staff. The last time I was here I had a panic attack, not anyone’s fault but I am just generally anxious when it comes to going to the dentist. Today, Sharny was incredible - she made sure that I was doing OK throughout and had heated lavender towels ready to ease my nerves. And the best part, Dr Kim is superb - he takes his time to explain everything that he will be doing in detail and is one of the gentlest dentists I have ever come across. Highly recommend this place!!

They call me befthe appointment time to let me know that I made the appointment at the wrong location and if I could make it to the correct location. That was no problem and I got there and plenty of time to do the paperwork and see the doctor. I was very impressed with the staff efficiency and the doctor was great. Is the care of my issue in no title tall.

This was my first visit to UrbnDental. My appointment was prompt. Dr. Kim took his time and went over a treatment plan to get me back where I need to be. Delilah the dental hygienist was amazing and really talked me through the process. Valerie helped me schedule my next appointments. Everyone was truly helpful even when I had difficult direct questions. I really appreciate that.
