The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was terrible. It was definitely her first day at work or something close to that. She accidentally sanded my lip and gums multiple times, we had to stop multiple times throughout the procedure because it was so painful. I cannot believe I had to use my dental cleaning insurance on this. She also did not complete the cleaning and did not clean between my teeth. I could tell she knew she was terrible and did not want to get caught. I will never be coming back.

I made an appointment online the night before on ZocDoc.com, having never been to the practice or to see Dr. Yuri Krainov, DDS before. I was given a very convenient appointment time, seen almost immediately by the doctor, and found him to be very helpful, friendly and thorough. He was very informative and more than willing to answer all of my questions. He seems like a great family doctor. I would definitely recommend him to others and will continue to see him myself.

I have been to a few dentists in my life and none have been as professional or have had a better bedside manner than Dr. Krainov. I was greeted by and treated by two professional dentists. One did an excellent cleaning job, I am just sorry I do not remember her name and Dr. Krainov himself performed my extraction with zero pain and great skill. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants professional service with a friendly caring attitude.
