About Dr. Zack Hegazin

Dr. Hegazin earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University in California with honors. He was also awarded the OKU award for excellence and regarded as one of the top members of his class.
After 10 years of practicing dentistry, Dr. Hegazin has made the decision to begin his own dental practice. It is his vision to create an environment where he can share his passion for high-quality dentistry with his patients. Dr. Hegazin believes that every patient should feel like family and is committed to providing excellent care that will foster that relationship.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), North Texas Dental Society (NTDA), Dallas County Dental Society (DCDS), and American Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). Dr. Hegazin completes hundreds of hours of continuing education each year to stay current with the latest dental technology, especially in cosmetics, implants, and sleep apnea.

I heard about Marble Dental McKinney from a friend when I was telling her about the horrible experience my family and I had at a previous dental office. She had nothing but good things to say about them. However, even with what she had shared and the reviews that I read online, I still wasn't prepared for the treatment my family and I received when we arrived. Our experience with Dr. Zack and his team/family was impeccable.... starting from the initial contact over the phone, to the moment we walked in (they treated us like VIPs that they couldn't wait to see!), they moved with urgency, care, warmth and friendliness. Dr. Zack and every member of his staff that we came into contact with, Cassie, Maggie, Nancy, etc were all patient, knowledgeable, expert level bedside manners and overall really nice people. For the first time in a long time I was able to relax completely and trust that my family and I were in really good hands. Thank you Dr. Zack!

Zocdoc helped me find Dr Zack. I was a lil nervous before my appointment because my last dental experience was the worst I’ve ever had and resulted in increasing my anxiety. But Dr Zack and his team were incredible! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, like they had known me forever and they got me right back for my X-rays. And the young lady that did my X-rays was AWESOME! (I think her name was Andrea but not positive) she was the first person to take my dental X-rays that K was comfortable, not gagging and the piece in my mouth didn’t cut my mouth. She got everything done the first time and painless! Then meeting Dr Zack he was familiar with me and my needs and very kind, professional, knowledgeable and wanting to work with the fact I can not open my mouth very wide instead of fighting it and causing more pain. I plan on referring my husband to him. Dr Zack and Marble Dentistry staff are my new dental family!

I love my new dentist. Every member of staff was super friendly & helpful. Check in was fast & easy. I was seen promptly. Each step of the process was clearly communicated. Everyone worked hard to make it a pleasant experience with no surprises. My insurance was verified in advance so check out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit with Dr. Hegazin and everything went perfect. He made some adjustment to relieved a lot of my pain and he referred me to an orthodontist to look at a dark spot on my gums. Dr Hegazin was very friendly as well as everyone in his office. The nurse, Tyler, was very friendly and kept me informed on everything that was happening and show me all the X-rays. I actually enjoyed my dental visit.

Short wait but ended up being there for an hour and a half for just a standard cleaning. Left with a fresh mouth but was very disappointed that my teeth didn’t even look like they had been touched. I get this is a cleaning and not a whitening but typically you expect to find a little less yellow or just leaving with a refreshed smile, neither of which happened. Then to make it worse I get a call asking to go for blood testing because one of the attendants had cut herself while handling the tools used in my mouth. The place they wanted me to go to was 30 minutes across town. Overall just an overdone experience with too many attempts at upsells and way too long of a time spent there, especially when driving 20 minutes each way.
