Dr. Li Kruszka was attentive to my concerns, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant. She made the appointment comfortable with her humor while still being thorough and professional. She provided helpful advice and was able to complete testing immediately in office, which I appreciated.
The staff was welcoming and kind, and the office itself was clean. My wait time was minimal—no longer than 10 minutes and I appreciated that my appointment was confirmed in advance.
What impressed me most was Dr. Li’s versatility. I was able to book appointments for multiple things (e.g., Primary Care, Gastroenterology). She was educated, licensed, and skilled in each area, eliminating the need for multiple doctors. I also appreciated having the flexibility to schedule same-day appointments at different times.

I am Dr. Winnie M. Wong, a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Autonomous Nurse Practitioner specializing in family care. I had my first ever painless Pap smear with Dr. Wong. LOVE that there was absolutely no wait time, super refreshing given most PCPs take at least half an hour just to see you. Very friendly, helpful staff!

All I really needed was an rx for tamiflu and work release note. But she was great in telling me what to do and what to avoid. Didn’t believe I should go back to work after 3 days of being sick and she put it on my work release letter and hey, I’d never argue with that lol. Good telehealth session!

Staff was amazing. Office very clean. Only frustration is meds I have been on for decades physician did not rewrite of fill. My chronic pain and symptoms have gotten worse and still have not been given info for alternatives. Labs were to be covered and they weren't and labs were drawn we did not discuss (already had them done at Derm) besides those issues I love the office

I was not seen by the primary doctor because she was with another patient and ended up being seen by another doctor, which is fine. The office did not send me the details of the appointment until I called and asked for them. Just seemed like they were a bit unorganized. For my issues specifically I felt like we got nowhere but I think it’s because they would’ve better assisted me in person. I’ll be looking for a second opinion.

Audio was very poor. Provider only spent a couple minutes with me, and with the poor audio I couldn't communicate all my needs and reasons for the appointment. When I received my DEXA scan order, it wasn't signed and therefore not valid, and missing my diagnoses that would have helped with insurance coverage. I tried contacting the office for a valid DEXA order and didn't get one. I was also told my lab order was sent to Quest, but they never got it. So the appointment ended up being a complete waste of time.

Excellent care and service. Dr. Wong really went above and beyond, recommending things that no doctor has ever recommended to me before just to make sure all is well and I’m 100 percent healthy. Thorough answers to any questions I had. She made me feel very comfortable. Besides an OBGYN I’m gonna be switching my primary care doctor to her as well. Thankful that I found her!

So far I am very happy with the staff and plan laid out by the doctor for getting me on the road to recovery and back to daily life which my illness has kept from me. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Actions are being taken right away so we can get to the bottom of what has been going on with me and for that I am truly grateful and happy.

Unsure names associate that had appt with. She very understanding, helped beyond words can say. Would use online Dr from zocdoc if I needed easy acess help. My phone coverage was acting up, that made phone appt bit difficult. Being Dr office very busy appt was late, made me nervous, like nit smart nuff to do online service.
