I am so happy to be in Maple Grove serving my hometown!
For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a chiropractor. I wake up every day excited to help my patients get out of pain and reach their health goals. It is so important to me to give back to my community, and I can't think of a more powerful way than to increase the health and vitality of everyone around me.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. I have advanced training in neurologic-based chiropractic techniques as well as soft-tissue techniques to suit all types of patients. I enjoy helping patients of all ages achieve their maximum potential. From babies to moms to grandparents, and from weekend warriors to Olympic athletes, I have treated them all!

I was able to make an appointment online, less than 24 hrs ahead of time. The office called me to confirm & to see if I had any questions or needed directions, which I appreciated. Very friendly & welcoming office staff & their forms didn't take 30 minutes to complete, like some other providers' forms. Dr. Allie was personable and professional, and the exam & treatment /adjustments were to the point. She took time to answer my questions afterwards & I never felt rushed. My back felt much better the rest of the day and hopefully that will be the case tomorrow as well. I made a follow-up appointment in a week, and I really appreciate that Dr. Allie didn’t push for more frequent visits like some chiropractors do.

I enjoy seeing Dr. Allie for preventive care on a regular basis. She is always enjoyable to see and provides excellent care. I recently showed up to her office with a headache, and the adjustment she provided that day instantly made me feel better. Highly recommend!

Dr. Allie is an excellent chiropractor who listens to your concerns, explains what she is going to do and why. I choose to see her twice monthly for maintenance but if I am having issues "off schedule" she is very accommodating and I am able to get in for an adjustment. I enjoy visiting with she and Bridget during my visits and feel like they want to know me as a person, not just a patient.

Dr. Danielson does a fantastic job at assessing me from visit to visit. She’s fit me in her schedule when I really need an adjustment and always takes time to offer suggestions for after care or exercises to prevent future injuries.

Dr Allie is hands down an amazing chiropractor and all around human. Our family has been seeing her for over 3 years including through a pregnancy and recovery of a severe car accident.
She takes the extra time to ask how your body is feeling, she gives specific advice and feedback on how to improve body issues at home until your next appointment, and genuinely cares about her patients as a whole.
We cannot recommend her enough!
Her front desk associate Bridget is always kind and friendly with us and our kiddos!
We truly feel like we are at home when we are there and wouldn’t ever consider going elsewhere.

Dr. Allie always does an amazing job! Ally treats you as a person and not a number. She always has great conversation with you during your visit to make you feel comfortable. She makes you feel at home by getting to know you personally while also being very knowledgeable about her practice and finding out just what you need for your adjustment. I also enjoy how she will show you exercises you need for at home care instead of just giving you a paper to figure out. Allie really knows what she is doing and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Highly recommend Renew Spine! I always schedule my appts in the morning before work, so coming to see Dr Allie and Bridget is a great start to my day. Before I started seeing Dr Allie, I was a chiropractic skeptic. I used to experience daily pain, but I’ve been seeing Dr Allie for over a year now and my body feels so much better. I love coming here!
