About Dr. Mathew Peralta

Mathew Peralta, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician with Orlando Health Physician Associates. He provides evidence-based, compassionate care to children and their families from birth to early adulthood. Dr. Peralta earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and a bachelor’s of science degree in computer and electrical engineering from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals in Houston. While at Baylor, he also served as an assistant professor of pediatric emergency medicine. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Peralta is actively involved in annual medical missions to Nicaragua with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and has worked for more than a decade to bring healthcare to areas of the country that have no access. For the past five years he has served as the director for the trip. He enjoys exercising, volunteer work, and cooking large meals for friends and families.

Dr. Mathew is an extraordinary professional. My son is a tall, competitive athlete and it's so difficult finding a pediatrician who works with athletes. I recommend him highly. He is wonderful.

for 2 years, we have been taking E to the consultation with Doctor Mateo Peralta and his team have proven to be excellent humane and sensitive people who attend us when we require an emergency call or have any concern or insecurity how to treat any cough or cold from E's house they are always willing to help us and Doctor Mateo is always looking out for him, we thank him very much.
The office is extremely clean. Parking is great. Staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. All covid portals are taken seriously. The doctor is extremely informative, gives a lot of great information, and it is always available for any questions. You might have even after the visit.
