“truly a wonderful dentist office. they saw me within 10 minutes of me arriving for my appointment, the staff was extremely kind and funny, and they communicated the doctor’s timing to see me after my dental cleaning. the doctor that i originally anticipated to see was not the one i got, but the male doctor was just as kind and thorough as the rest of the staff. i would highly recommend him & this dentist office to anyone needing dental care!”

Every single person in the office is welcoming. They address the reason for your visit and offer suggestions without being pushy. Short wait time, high tech office. Appointment reminders were a little excessive though.

Usually I help my mum with her day to day matters but recently she visited Soutfield Dentistry on her own, and the team made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. The receptionists were welcoming and very helpful, especially with my mum’s registration. She’s not very confident with technology and struggled with the tablet, but the receptionist patiently guided her through it, making her feel at ease.
The dentist she saw was equally impressive. They listened carefully to her concerns and explained all the treatment options clearly, giving her the information she needed to make an informed decision. It’s clear the staff here genuinely care about their patients.
Overall, a big thank you to the team for their professionalism and kindness. My mum left feeling reassured and well taken care of!

Dr. Veronica (my dentist) and her assistant is amazing! Made me feel comfortable and gave me very detailed advice/options through out the whole process of figuring out where my pain was coming from.

My first time to Southfield Dentistry highly recommended! I had a persistent toothache ended up needing a tooth extracted. The dentist Dr Veronica Jabero explained the whole process, also talked through what was happening with my tooth extraction - it was a tough one to remove! Very minimal pain afterwards with the medication prescribed, helped alot with my recovery. Clean facilities, helpful staff and prompt service, thank you!

I had a toothache and visited a dental office of Dr Jabero for the first time. I was a bit worried about my English, but everyone was very kind and patient. The treatment was done with great care that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Best dental experience I have had. Amazing professional and friendly service. My dentist (Dr. Jabero) and her assistants are amazingly efficient and did a great job. Oral hygiene and x-ray. Will definitely use this office from now on. First time I almost look forward to visiting the dentist. Only almost though :)
