I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist holding a M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples, with extra specialization in working with couples and trauma. Whether it is relationship conflict, infidelity, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, behavioral or anger difficulties, grief, parenting concerns, difficult life transitions, medical or other life stress- I strive to work together with my clients towards positive changes in their lives, and healing outcomes!

What should a new client know about working with you?

In my practice I tailor my approach based on each client; I do tend to use a trauma informed, emotionally-focused, and IFS/family systems lens. I have 10 years combined of education, research, supervision, and practice in the mental and relational health field. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe and empowered in your journey towards change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to bring you the best care with warmth and genuine human connection. I make space to explore your needs and goals each session and check in on changes to these needs and progress being made. I believe each individual who desires help has the ability to make unique changes in their life, and am committed to making sure you feel truly heard in what you need, and working as a team to aid you in living your most authentic and fulfilling life!
