About Dr. Michelle Boecker
Meet Dr. Michelle Boecker-Riviere, a dental expert whose passion and skills have earned her the coveted Texas Top 10% Dentist Award in 2022 and 2023, along with the PDA Doctor Excellence Award in 2019.
Dr. Boecker-Riviere's dental journey started in her father's dental office at a young age, where she would give "check-ups" and tinker with fake teeth. As she became older, she started working in the office after school as an assistant and front desk receptionist.
Dr. Boecker-Riviere gained exposure to many aspects of dentistry in those early years and she particularly enjoyed the blend of science, precision, and personal connection in the dental field.
Dr. Boecker-Riviere graduated Cum Laude from Clements High School in Sugar Land, Texas. She then attended Texas A&M University, where she graduated top of her class with Magna Cum Laude honors
During her time at Texas A&M, she was involved in medical mission work and visited Costa Rica to help serve those in need.
Her dental destiny awaited her at the University of Texas Dental School in Houston, where she met her future partner-in-smiles, Dr. Hoffman. Here, Dr. Boecker-Riviere fine-tuned her skills and solidified her commitment to providing top-notch dental care.
She was awarded the ASDA Student Excellence Award while in school. She published an article in the National American Student Dental Association magazine which evaluated the link between certain diets and oral health.
She was also one of only two students chosen for a cosmetic dentistry apprenticeship during her final year of dental school. Dr. Boecker-Riviere holds the belief that continuous learning should be a lifelong endeavor. She is a member of the nationally renowned Spear Study Club and Seattle Study Club, where she enjoys attending evening meetings to sharpen her skill set.
She is also a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Greater Houston Dental Society

I always feel at ease when I come to RH dentistry the front makes getting an appointment very easy and Dr. B and the back office staff make all my nerves go away I don't even feel like I m at the dentist I feel like I m at a little vaction get away.
