Dr Kumar was not only thorough but gave advice and suggestions as he addressed some of my concerns. Before I left he asked if I had any questions. He was very polite and listened attentively to me. He had great eye contact which showed he was present not only professionally but also personally. I was very nervous giving giving so many tubes of blood but he explained to me the reason why making me feel comfortable and less anxious. I made the right choice on Zocdoc!
