Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Dear Patient:
we are implementing a cancellation and no-show policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide at a minimum 24 hours’ notice. Time is specifically reserved for you on the physician’s schedule when you make your appointment. When sufficient notice is not given to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it does not give us enough time to contact another patient who could come to the clinic during your assigned time. This results in patients not getting the care they need, when they need it. As a courtesy, we contact you seven business days and two business days prior to your appointment to remind you of your appointment Office appointments which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notification may be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 424hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Patients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel an office appointment will be considered a NO SHOW. Patients who no-show two (2) or more times in a 12-month period, may be dismissed from the practice and denied any future appointments. Patient may also be subject to a $50.00 fee for not showing to an appointment. NOTE: THESE FEES ARE NOT COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PATIENT AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE NEXT APPOINTMENT. Our practice firmly believes that good physician/patient relationship is based upon understanding and good communication. Your health is important to us. This one the best PCP experience I’ve had in over a decade. Mimi (the office coordinator) was extremely warm and welcoming. I had an issue with insurance and was still serviced. Nurse Pieh was attentive, an awesome listener and I really felt like she is there for ME. If I could give a 1000 stars I would. I hope she will be my PCP forever honestly.

Absolutely terrible experience. The nurse practitioner was cold, rude, and completely unprofessional. She showed zero interest in helping or even communicating properly. Messages were ignored, and I felt like I was being treated more like a number than a person. She clearly doesn’t care about patient well-being — only about getting paid. This kind of behavior has no place in healthcare, especially in mental health services where empathy and trust are everything. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. I wouldn’t recommend this provider to anyone.

I recently had my physical and mental health examined by Ms. Abioseh. She was thorough. She was friendly, welcoming and attentive to my concerns. The care that she provided for me was preferable to ones that my previous primary care doctor provided. I saw that she understood the healthcare challenges that come with being an African. I will always recommend her to anyone in search of quality healthcare services.

My first impressions were great. Before she started to examine me, she explained to me everything she was goin to do. After the examination, she explained my treatment and all related issue. I was basically healed even before my treatment started. She is knowledgeable of what she was doing. I will recommend her to anyone. You're in pain meet her. My gout is gone. All my personal concerns are under control.
