The check in staff could have been friendlier , it's important to act like you want to help people you never know what they're experiencing. but the staff in the back were amazing caring and perfect. The dr and PA were phenomenal

Dr. Hines was great he’s patient. He explains everything to you fully. He even writes out of craft on the board screen to help you understand whatever your situation is. The whole place is super clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend Dr. Hines 100%. ?

Dr. Hines is very attentive and thorough. He is compassionate and clearly cares about his patients’ wellbeing. I feel confident in his care. Excellent doctor I would highly recommend!
There was a slight wait in the office but that can happen anywhere. I was comfortable as I waited. The staff were all courtesy and caring, as well. I was even offered water!

Dr. Hines is an amazing doctor! He listened and clearly communicated with me about everything I had mentioned. He came up with a plan and next steps to ensure that my needs were taking care of. As a patient sometimes you just want to be heard and get helpful information so you can begin to feel better! Dr. Hines was patient, he listened, he showed compassion and empathy for how I was feeling, and he strategically came up with a plan to help me. I will be going back and referring patients. I couldn’t have had a more excellent visit!
