Getting to know Dr. Adam Zavodnick

I am passionate about my profession. I aim to get patients back into their lives and doing what matters most to them. I provide acceptance and commitment based cognitive behavioral therapy and also medication management. For appropriate patients looking to overcome substance misuse I provide Suboxone as well. I do not prescribe narcotics such as benzodiazepines or stimulants during intake sessions with the exception of Suboxone. Intakes are 800 dollars and follow up sessions are 400 dollars. Frequency of follow up is based on patient need, which for many is once per month. I cannot accept any patients who have or qualify for medicare.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I strongly believe in both psychotherapy and medication management. I try and bring psychotherapy into every medication management session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to clearly identify your goals and create a treatment plan that makes sense. While I am mostly tele - health, there may be instances where I require you to come in for a face to face session, such as when prescribing certain medications.
