As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I have extensive experience in the management and treatment of a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. My clinical practice is rooted in evidence-based care, professional integrity, and a commitment to supporting each individual's journey toward improved mental well-being.
After earning my Bachelors Degree, I pursued graduate degree training as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Care. This advanced education and clinical exposure have allowed me to develop a holistic and person-centered approach to treatment, integrating biological, psychological, and social perspectives.
My professional experience encompasses working with adolescents, adults, and families who are managing emotional difficulties, life transitions, and coexisting medical conditions.
During an initial session, I conduct a comprehensive evaluation to understand the individual's life circumstances, medical history, and emotional health. Treatment recommendations are developed from an understanding of how personal and family systems influence emotional needs and symptom expression. This individualized approach allows for targeted interventions, which may include psychotherapy, medication management, and supportive care strategies.
My overarching goal is to deliver ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based psychiatric care while partnering with individuals to prioritize and sustain their mental wellness.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
