The wait time was outrageous! The entire office was 100% packed and had people standing. We were just told he’d had an emergency surgery and had gotten backed up. Proper care and concern for patients would have been to inform everyone as they arrived that he was very delayed and ask if they wanted to reschedule. Even better, they could have the decency to make calls to those on the schedule for the remainder of the day and explain the situation BEFORE they leave work early to get to the appointment on time and allow them to reschedule if they close. But nothing like that happened and it was very frustrating.
He was very kind and listened. But he never even examined me. I even said I was concerned I may have another hernia after a first surgery/repair and he still didn’t offer to examine me.

Just a few questions
booked a double endoscopy and lab work
lied about labwork results coming in. Almost two weeks later they inform me they'll go over lab result a month latter at the procedure. Why not inform me now?
Demanded to be informed. Was required to schedule a visit. Scheduled, and was hung-up on during the call.
I fired him. Just looking to get paid. Switched doctors and went out to CA, #4 hospital in the country, to get things done. Would not recommend. Someone who is more concerned with posting a single award all over his office isn't in the business to help other without getting paid big $$ for it. I don't trust someone who won't tell me anything.

I have seen this Dr. for a while now. The first visit was outstanding and I left a feedback reflecting what I perceived to be an excellent visit. Now after a while things have changed. His bedside manner has become terrible and he is very condescending. I feel that I am a very fair person, as you can see the feedback I left after my first visit was satisfactory, and now I feel deceived. I would like other patients to take note of my experience.

This is the first time in more than 4 month that I have notice a slight change for the better. He has improve his bedside manners so, I must say that if he continue improving I will stay with him and probably recommend him...but let me not put the cart before the horse since this is only one visit out of probably 5 or 6..maybe more visits. So, one good visit its a good start.
