I’ve never seen staff jump and stand up for their physician in such a way before. And she proved herself to meet those exact expectations. Dr. Edeliane was very kind and intelligent. She was exceptional with communicating with me (patient) and was on point with the diagnosis. But that wasn't the end, she was very strong and firm emotionally and went above and beyond and scheduled a future appointment to see if any other measures were needed.
Her team was very kind and good at giving me the treatment I needed but what surprised me was that they were aware of how I felt emotionally and changed the mood to make the patient feel more relaxed and joyous in the end. That really changed my perspective of the medical field and ultimately made me want to write this review.

I was in extreme pain and it would have been nice if she was a little sympathetic. I was told I would be given a referral and didn’t receive anything in the office or through email. I will never go back to her.

The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming, there was another patient who had a baby and they dropped the clipboard and he immediately came out and offered to hold the baby so sweet! The provider herself was great she listened to me and asked questions I didn’t feel rushed and she was very knowledgeable. I feel really good making her my PCP. It’s hard to find a good staff and a good doctor!

The NP put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. The support staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and I was very satisfied upon departure. I trust Ms. Guillen will continue to provide this level of professionalism and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Her staff makes me very comfortable and everything is always made very clear.

The Doctor and the assistant were incredible. She spent considerable amount of time with me and was so lovely. The front desk was awful. After filling out all my paperwork, handing my ID & insurance card to her. She entered my last name & insurance incorrectly and now two weeks later, after several call and emails to her it has not been corrected so I'm unable to pick up my prescriptions or book my blood work. She is beyond incompetent

Everyone in the office were helpful and nice Dr. was great!! She really listened took notes and I left there heard! On medication that maybe I’ve needed for awhile. I feel amazing! Thank you what a difference. Only one visit but follow up in just a week. She is on top of things and referrals were made immediately not even a 24 hour turn around … Pretty awesome to have a Dr not wasting time. I have already told so many people about my experience and recommended her to my friend who do not have a primary.
