She did not simply call the Walgreens to verify I am her patient even after multiple times of calling & emailing her to ask to do so and now I am left without my medication until after the holiday because they are closed.
DO NOT USE HER - UNRELIABLE, AND YOUR SAME DAY APPOINTMENT IS USELESS SHE WILL MISS YOUR CALL.

I originally booked a psychiatrist appointment for 4PM on the 5th. On the same day I booked it, I received an email saying my appointment was that day at 1PM—completely different from what I selected—and I started getting multiple calls during work hours, which I assume were for that appointment. I double-checked Zocdoc, and it clearly said 4PM on the 5th, so I ignored it, thinking it must be an error.
Then a few days before the appointment I got another email saying my appointment was at 4AM (and not 4PM). I called the office and left a voicemail with no response, assuming their system was glitching. Today (the day of the appointment) I finally got to speak to my psychiatrist to clear it up, and instead of working through the confusion, she just canceled my appointment altogether.

Absolutely the best experience we have had as a family! She saw each of us and tailored to our individual needs, unlike other providers I’ve seen who did not ask questions to address the proper medications, she made sure each f my children felt comfortable, and asked detailed questions to ensure their needs were each met! hank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

I have seen a LOT of drs In my life, I’ve never had a Dr so detailed in mine and my children’s care, carefully going over different medications, what they will help with, and not just writing a script. She addressed each of us with care, she was WONDERFUL with my kids, hands down the absolute best experience I’ve ever had, and it is a relief to find a Dr that cares about getting us on the right path. I look forward to establishing long term care with her!
