About Dr. Adi Ackerman
Dr. Schroit completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She then proceeded with a research opportunity at Stanford University before attending Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine where she received her D.P.M. She completed a three year residency program in her hometown Houston at Kingwood Medical Center.
Her professional interests include common foot problems such as bunions, hammertoes, heel pain, ingrown toenails, and trauma. She is also interested in treating sports injuries.
Dr. Schroit is on staff at Memorial Hermann Memorial City, Methodist West, West Houston Medical Center, Kingwood Medical Center, First Street Surgery Center, and West Houston Surgicare.

The doctor went into the room introducing herself without looking at me and went straight to the computer. Checked my condition and told me briefly that she will prescribe something but no reason or explanation of my condition. Everything is over in 5 minutes.
When I went outside after a couple of minutes, I saw her came out of another office from seeing another patient! She seems to be always in a hurry!
I won’t be coming back.

Great facility, great staff and a great Dr. Dr. Ackerman looked at the X-rays and knew exactly what the problem was and how we can fix it. I never felt rushed or like the Dr. or staff were just seeing another patient. I felt like I was where I was supposed to be and that I was in capable hands.
