The nurse did a thorough job talking with me about my problems and described them accurately to the doctor. Dr Chow asked pertinent questions and talked with me about treatments he recommended and follow up. I felt he was very thorough and understood my problems before prescribing medications.

Initially, it was a little tough as ZocDoc isn’t tied directly in to the office as far as sharing the input of information I filled out prior. Moving forward, it was input again and we moved forward.
The doctor himself was terrific. He successfully dislodged the obstruction in my ear with precision, care and was informative and empathetic. He was awesome.
A post treatment form would have been helpful. It’s hard to reach the office and overall communication lacks on the site.

Dr. Chow listened to me explaining my symptoms and came up with a plan to see if we can make things better. I am set up for other test and proper medication to keep my symptoms at bay. I am hoping to avoid surgery, but if so, I would trust Dr. Chow with my care.

I found this doctor to be incredibly unprofessional. I came in with severe ear wax blockage due to wearing earplugs every night. On several occasions, the doctor made comments about me making him work for his money. Even after I had expressed that I was embarrassed about the situation. I could hear him speaking negatively about me with the staff outside the room, talking about how much of a pain it was to handle my situation. Not because I had any kind of attitude but because I took more of his time than he wanted it to take. He rudely got frustrated with me towards the end of visit, telling me that he has cleaned 1000s of ears and I was by far the worst he’d ever seen. Again, this was after I had already expressed being embarrassed. The situation got handled but I would never recommend someone who feels it necessary to make someone feel like a burden for “making them work”.

One of the best medical experiences I've had in my 63 years. Service was great from the front desk, to the medical assistant, to the doctor himself. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone. The doctor has to be one of the nicest, most professional doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. he did not rush me, answered all of my questions, reassured me about pain etc when he had to do a couple of procedures while I was there and made me feel very comfortable about that. I've met very very few doctors who check all the boxes, and he did.
